What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?

Renters must be 21 years or older.
(No maximum age limit as long as the driver is licensed and insured.)

Is there a required interval between bookings?

Yes — a 3-hour interval is required between bookings.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes:

10% off for 7–9 day rentals

15% off for 10+ day rentals

1 free day on the 11th day of rental

$300 security deposit required

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?

Shortest: 3 days

Longest: No limit — long-term rentals are welcome.

How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?

Sales tax: 7.38%

All applicable taxes, fees, and discounts are applied automatically at checkout.

Any additional charges (fuel, late fees, tolls, etc.) will be itemized and communicated clearly.

How many miles are included with the rental?

Each rental includes 250 miles per day.

What are your standard business hours?

We are open 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily.

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?

WBCH does not currently offer delivery services.

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Pick-up and return times must be provided with 24-hour notice.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

Yes, with advance notice and approval.

Are there any important extra details renters should know?

Yes:

Pre-Paid Gas: $55

Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel

Late Fee: $35 per day

Retrieval Fee: $150

Vehicle must be returned clean and in good condition

No smoking, no pets (violations incur fees)

Do you offer additional equipment or services?

Not at this time.

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?

Mileage overage is charged at $0.35 per mile.

What is the cost for an additional driver?

There is no cost for adding an approved additional driver.

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?

Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Any signs of smoking will result in a $250 smoking fee.

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

Yes:

Renters are responsible for all tolls, tickets, and violations during the rental.

All vehicles include a UNI Pass device.

WBCH receives toll bills 30–60 days later.

Once received, tolls will be forwarded to the renter for prompt payment.

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

Cleaning fees depend on the vehicle’s condition:

Moderate Cleaning – $100
Mud, sand, moderate bug debris, small spills, minor odors

Heavy Cleaning – $150
Moderate stains, heavy odors (e.g., smoke), extensive bug debris

Severe Cleaning – $300
Full detailing, steam cleaning due to significant interior damage

Pet Hair Removal – $150
Pets are not allowed; violations incur this fee.

Multiple Issues Cleaning – $350
When several cleaning needs apply

Extremely Dirty – $200

Filthy – $300+

Important:

If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, a $350 cleaning fee will be applied.

Beach trips require special care — sand or sunscreen will result in a $250 detail fee.

🐶 We are animal lovers, but not inside our rentals — please keep your FURfriends at home.
🚭 Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind. Masking the smell doesn’t work — a $250 fee will apply.
